I tried to edit it anyhow-Might remeber the old pic,might not....But here is what I managed.

Sure is gal-
But I can't for the life even figur out how to use the features..

I click on them-But after that I can't get them to do anything.....I know I'm just not seeing something..or doing something right-But yeah-I have them features...

Use the heal tool to remove those small little white spots, and the clone tool to clone over the bigger unwanted parts of the picture

Use the help, just search for whatever tool you want and it'll give you a basic idea on how it works, then keep an eye out for tutorials, I just learnt how to do photoshop plastic surgery! :D
 
For the clone tool on a PC you hit Alt, click were you want it to clone from then release alt and use the tool. On a mac, its whatever key substitutes the alt key (the apple key i think, or maybe ctrl.) same principle anyhow.
