I would Love to see a gator in a spring but I can only ever find them in black water. good pics man.
the biggest gator I saw was slightly over 12 feet. He was actually in the bottom of the spring just sitting in the vallis. We also saw a few huge plecos, a bunch of massive (5 foot) gar, and a bunch of oscars at the shore's edge. All the gator pics were at Silver Springs in Florida, but the skink and the turtles were in Tennesse. The alligator snapper that guy in the one pic was holding was also at Silver Springs. I highly recommend it because the water's so clear and the boats have glass bottoms You can see the bottom of any part of the river, including the amazing springs which are surrounded by all sizes of fish, turtles, gators, and vallis beds.
