Personally adult frozen Brine Shrimp is the same imo not nutritional no matter what manufacturers package them. Great for triggering finicky fish to eat and as a treat.

Yeah I mean I use alot of omega one pellets hikari northfin and Cobalt pellets I like to mix it up was using blood worms for awhile too but wanted to use something different also with the flowerhorn I have two at like 3/4 of an inch maybe a little smaller it's hard to find a good pellet small enough for them I tried the small omega one cichlid pellet but I feel like they spit them right out I've been crushing up some bigger pellets which seems to be working just want to try and give some variety

Yes variety never a bad thing.:)

Right now I'm also in the process of looking to find a bigger tank around 125 -180 Gallon can't find anything by me it stinks

Yeah nothing in those sizes though everything is either to small or like 400 gallon plus and when I do find something they want an arm and a leg for it
