Omega One

What do you guys think about Omega One fish food? If you look at the ingredients and the info on the website, it seems like the best stuff you can get, but my fish don't seem to go after it like they do Hikari. I have been feeding them Omega One for about two months now and they still don't get excited about it.
 
I used it for my african cichlids and they seemed to love it. But then I got tired of the mess of flake food and switched over to New life spectrum for them.

IMO I think hikari is a better food, than ogema one, thats just me.
 
I like the omega 1 better. I fed Hikari gold to a lot of my cichlids and switched to omega 1. Within a few weeks I could tell a huge difference in color. I didnt notice any difference in how much the fish "liked" it though.

Omega One makes pellets called Super Veggie or something like that, thats what I feed my africans

Yeah, I know they make pellets, just never gave them a try.
 
i use omega 1 for my cichlids and they love it... ill prolly try the omega 1 for my larger gt once my bag of hakari runs out ...no fish meal just whole salmon and stuff like that ...i was feedin brine shrimp and they ate it but when i threw the omega in they went crazy over it....good stuff:headbang2
 
I spent over a year working at my LFS and got a chance to try various foods and offer feedback to company representatives. Omega one is pretty good, but doesn't hold a candle to New Life Spectrum pellets.
