Which type od meds is best for popeye?
 
I agree with pop eye. I dont know what meds, hopefully someone with experience chimes in.
 
Do a water change and add some salt, I swear salt is a miracle worker for me it might work for you. Ohh and before i knew about salt i used tetracycline on my arow when he had pop eye and it went away in about 3 days.

not table salt. kosher salt ok or pond salt. please !!!!
 
I have been using conditioning salts and nothing else i think i will try MArxyn 2
 
Our fish was very ill and appeared to be blind. We thought he wasn't going to make it. With Maracyn-Two, he made a complete recovery. You have to treat for five days, and the treatment can be repeated for another 5 days. Make sure you have enough meds on hand for the five day treatment before you start. Maracyn-Two is a broad-spectrum antibiotic which can be used in treating popeye, dropsy, septicemia and fin and tail rot.
