If you can, then do it! There have been more in the u.s this year then normal it seems
Seen a few large xantic eels earlier this year myself over here in Asia... price tag wasnt as high as in the US for sure, but were around that size of 10-14”...
Awesome looking fish, but I don't think that's a fire eel. The end of the tail is wrong, it's split more like a peacock eel
I hadn't noticed that but you are right now I wonder what type it is since I doubt it is a peacock because of size
is that actually xanthic? I thought xanthic still had the other markings on them (like the stripes and such), but were just gold tinted. He is all yellow colored makes me think more albino?
xanthic is a predominately yellow color morph if it were an albino it would have red eyes here is a video of a different xanthic fire eel
