i bought a snail 3 weeks ago ...and i havn't seen it until now! when i bought it it was about 2cm same size as my other snail but this one buryed its self! and its only come up now and its huge!!!!! because i just fed barbie (my randall goby) it came out to eat it!

ugh i don't think its gonna be nano reef safe and its big and sluggy!
i'm totally freaked out!

I think that might be a whelk. If it is it could possibly eat your other snails. But I would wait for some other opinions.

i have a nassarius snail it sits on my rock and eats algea this one is double the size and eats meat
 
that is a pretty big snail lol. about how big would you say it is, double, triple the size of the other?? just trying to get an idea of its apporx size, which may help determine species.
