Has anyone ever heard of an Ompok Rhadinurus? Google hasnt. Some for sale and i wouldnt mind buying one but cant find a thing about them. If they get over say 14" and are predatory im happy. I just dont want something small that ends up looking like a really expensive glass cat, or thats gonna get 6' long.

they get bigger then 8'' more like 10'' but still not that big they will eat smaller fish but aren't to outgoing of a preditor still a nice fish i'd get some if i ever got the chance again but if your looking for a larger but not huge catfish like those try

ompok bimaculatus you'll really like this one if you can find it seems like the perfect fish for you

my favorite but a little bigger then what you wan't
belodontichthys dinema

yeah i agree they are cool cats. I live in Aus though and they are semi illegal so are $100 each. Plus im guessing they would do better in groups? bit to expensive for me. I got a wickii yesterday so probs have all the cats i can now anyway.

when young they can be kept i groups but not sure about when adults wickii are pretty whicked though so you'll have your hands full with them great cat

i've got one of these buggers...pretty interesting lil guy. but it won't eat anything processed. it'll just sit and starve itself till i throw some shrimp or fillets in there then he'll gorge.
