Ill be running a sump in the basement for my 1st floor 720 gal. It is a pre-drilled aquarium with 3 points of plumbing draining into sump. If power goes out then how do i stop the drainage?

No valves needed. Simply install standpipes to set the water level. In a power out/pump fail situation, the tank will only drain to the top of the standpipe/s.
Be sure the sump can accomodate the increased level without flooding.
