? on feeding severums/clown loaches/frontosa/bumblebee catfish community tank

what are the best variety of foods to feed these types of fish? And which foods will they go nuts over?

I feed sinking cichlid gold to my clown loaches. The mini pellet. They all come out for them. I also put pieces of shrimp and veggies for other fish that they’ll nibble at from time to time.
When I used to feed blood worms to them, they’d go crazy. Same with black worms.
