Hi All, after a bit of advice please: picked up 3 Tinfoils between 6 & 8" last night - drive home was around 3 hours, they were transported together in a large polystyrene box. Drove gentle but heard quite a bit of bashing around. Transfered to tank, all behaving fine -all took food today but one suffered a couple of scrapes / bumped nose en route home and has cloudy eyes (outer lens) one side worse than the other. Definately happened during journey, noticable immediately when transferred to tank so I believe due to injury and / or stress.
Should I treat or observe / monitor first to see what happens for a couple of days? Thanks Wayne

Like you say, it's possibly wounds from the transport.

What size tank are they in now? Readings in PPM for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?

I have had some success with cloudy eyes by adding salt. I don't know if that will help here, as mentioned above parameters tank size and occupants are all factors

Salt and clean water should help to get your tin foils better. Keep an eye out for acting sluggish or scrapes look red or doscolored.
