well almost a month ago (jan. 19th) my new pair of red bay snooks laid eggs. about 30-40 survived and i now have the fingerlings in a 20 gallon.

NOW the snooks laid more eggs .. so here we go again..
any help and advice appreciated.

Not sure why you'd need advise. A second spawn pretty much says you're doing it right. If you're complaining about too many fry, try teaching your pair about condoms.

If your concerned about having too many, using them as feeders isn't a bad option.
