ahhh! one of my reds is now minus an eye! how long will he last?(honestly) does anyone have a red that has lost an eye and survived long? damn!

years ago i had a pair of rbps that decided to have a go at each other one day and one got its eye eaten. It was fine. But i was so young then i dont remember what my dad did

it should be fine..local petshop has one with one eye thats bout 7" and the guy said it lost it when it was about 2"

It depends,
but one of my friend had an one eyed red bellie and he was the most agressive. It depends on the hierarchy in the group

i have one with one eye its a bad boy dosent really effect them to much
Ps can really live through anything one of the stronger fish imo

having one eye could make him an outkast to the group, it could leak out signs of weakness to the crew. keep an eye on him just incase

could live as long as the others, but he'll have more difficulties hunting n will probably grow slower n become the weakest of the group. if you make them starve too long, you'll end up your weak p eaten. exactly what happened to me
