One fish for a 6x3x3

I want to have my 6x3x3 be a one fish tank...what fish with personality would you keep if it was going to be the only fish in the tank no arowana no giant gourami

Fahaka puffer! It'll be small alone in there for a while but it won't outgrow it like a Mbu eventually would.

I would go with an armatus.... the tank might be on the small side but i think it could work.

Why no giant gourami, have you had a bad experience with them or do you just not like them? One would have been perfect, they love being on there own and are full of personality. Oscars too but one would look lost in a tank that big.

I 2nd the fahaka idea, with maybe some cheap dithers and a bunch of driftwood + lightly planted with hardy plants...

Definitely should bring some fun to the tank and a fish that everyone who visits will fall in love with...

I vote Dovii. That will be my next fish if/when I acquire a large enough tank OR a black nasty pair.
