Picked this guy up late Sep/13 at 3.50", posted my journey early Nov/13. He's 7" now and for the last 7 months he's been on a diet of food sticks, carnivore pellets daily, and raw shrimp twice a week.

Don't know if his growth rate is good or not, but he's remained 100% stable 100% of the time and is a good eater. Since picking up my little 4" pimple puss NTT I have Tiger fever bad and plan to pick up a few more thin bars to hopefully grow out like my former NTT pictured in my avatar.SDC11686.JPGSDC11689.JPG

Thanks FunWow and Deven,

The other side is the same, I plan to get rid of the cichlids asap and get a few more NTTs. Then I'll go heavy on the food and water changes, grow out some biggies, and this time when they get big I won't sell !

I foolishly sold him a couple of years ago at 12 :screwy: He was the brightest out of a group of six I grew out from 2.50". The others where sold at 8-10".

I'll be picking up a few more thin bars in two weeks, this time they'll be staying for the long run. :headbang2
