One Net...3-4 types of fish! Please help me ID!

Just moved next to this small pond and went scooping!
So many little fish freaked me out!
Getting brighter light and taking photos, but new to cichlids and whatever the other fish with the dot is.
Can’t believe I didn’t take photos! Be back in a few hrs. TYIA!

Most look like introduced/invasive African Tilapines to me, you can tell by the spot at the base of the dorsal fin, but the 3rd pic looks like another invader Mayaheros uropthalmus, endemic to Mexico.
If you are in Florida, this is all normal, almost every pond I've passed from central Florida south was filled wit both cichlids.

the photos of the more than 1 ft long Tilapia above, and the uropthalmus below were taken just south of Naples
