Thanks guys for all the comments. I almost sold this guy cause I needed to free up some funds to pick up 5 x 8-9" Clown Loaches =-) .... however I'm glad I found the extra funds elswhere. When it came down to it I couldn't sell this guy. Had him since he was 2" and believe it or not I paid $4.00 bucks for him......Thanks to a LFS's mistake =-)

Anyways, I've always fed this guy freeze dry krill and live foods. I had this guy since last May of 2005 @ 2".

I picked up like 5 more 3-4" the other day so I'll keep a track record of their growth as well. Feeding live for me has always worked for fast growth.
