C grade IMO. I will not pay more than $30 for that guy, this my opinion base on my liking. If you like it, then all power to you.

Definatly not the lowest grade possible. It would be rated as an A or B grade ZZ. Hes only about the size of your palm, so he has alot of growing to do. Showing good potential for a young fish. Worth no less than $50
