One of my first...dead

this needlenose was one of my first fish i had him for about a year n a half...his mouth was filled with blood so he must have had internal bleeding or sumthin i dunno...all other fish in the tank are alive without bite marks so he didnt die choakin on sumthin.

Was that freshwater? Internal bleeding could of been it needed salt water as an adult.

yeah i was thinking that too, i've heard needlenoses like salt as they grow older
