I have a pair of parrots, bought at the same time at the same size. The male is now easily 2.5 times the size of the female. It seems the smaller one is barely growing at all, while the other just gets bigger and bigger. It is not a matter of food, as I see it eat well. Is this normal among parrot cichlids? They are both in beautiful shape, no health issues. They have laid eggs multiple times. I'll try and get a picture of them tonight. Just wondering if anyone else has seen such a discrepancy in growth rates?
