Would be a good lawsuit.. but when they put the pictures online they used a 'Commercial Commons' copyright. That effectively means the images became public property, available to anyone for any purpose, commercial or otherwise.

I believe the lawsuit is going after the website that hosted the images, for not protecting them from themselves The advertising agency pretty much followed letter of the agreement that they had 'signed' (ticked).

I was thinking this would happen just a matter of time.
Most likely has already happened but we don't know.
I am also scared about my pic being on web.
Don't think I would have to worry about posters though
This girl was pretty,cute and young perfect ad..IMO
