Hey, so scouring the net and just cant seem to find any places that sell fish in/to canada, aquabid.com has some americans that sell to canada which im ok with as well, but importing and shipping seems to be the problem there... i found one once out of ontario but never bookmarked and well never found again. Its tiring to see prices like 3.00 for a silver dollar on the net and 15$ for one in one of my lfs. Or mabye 20$ for a royal pleco and well 100$ here, 80$ for a motoro 350$ here, 6$ for a TSN and 50$ here, 15$ for a royal clown knife and i have never even seen one here. Im all for supporting my local community but cant do it when there just that inflated.

these are suppliers that Big Als uses and they will ship. I used to work for big als and I remember these ones were on their supplier list. there are others though..

Hey thanks! Ive emailed everyone so hopefully we will get some answers, ill let you know what I find out. i also came across this one http://www.pacificaquatics.ca/ but i also emailed, see what hes got.
so pacific aquatics wont be shipping freshwater till the fall but will eventually! thats good. cichaholic has been really quick with emails and am thinking of getting some driftwood from him (has some sweet pieces that are huge!) and found another site, www.thehotfish.com emailed them on some not listed, but the shipping is really decent at 16$ to bc. as for everyone else, no emails back. Well i shouldnt say that i never emailed canadian aquatics as the prices for the fish i want are no better on there then in the store. so oh well.
You're in BC? What are you looking for exactly? Canadian Aquatics is in Vancouver and they have awesome plecos, community fish, bichirs, rays and more for great prices. Great guys to deal with too. I don't know how you can say that the prices are no better than in the store, that is crazy. The bichirs for example are at least half what they are in King Ed, which is one of the cheapest stores around. As are the plecos. I bought a L200 for $40, they are $80 at other sites. Denisoni Barbs are $25 in store, they sell them for $15 when they have them, just as an example.
