onrate upside down when i opened lid? help???

Hi guys just picked up a selection of polys from a friend.... ten mins down the road and i get home, open the box and the big ornate is tits up???? i dont understand, its still alive, and all other polys are in perfect health? i was perfect ten mins ago, now its foalting in the current, got lots of airation on the the tank to try and help, but why, any idea what caused it and will he recover????

his stomach looks a lil bloated and honestly unsure if it was when he went in the box, may have been feed this morning, again not 100%

ok he died, on closer inspection he had a deep puncture wound on his chest, looks the same size as the spines on the biggest endi that was in the box? whats the chances?
