One of my Altolamproogus Compressieps has all the time open mouth - it seems like he has broken jaw. I also noticed that he didn't come to eat.
Is there anything I can do?

I know Alto comps are particularly prone to dislocated jaws or he has something stuck deep in his mouth. I've read where other people have been able to put the jaw back in place, but I have no idea how to do this. You could try taking him out and inspect for something stuck in his mouth and if not maybe gently massaging the jaw area to see if it will go back in place. If he can't eat, it would certainly be worth a try.

I have had Petenia splendida with this problem.
I caught them, and massaged the jaw back in place, and sometimes just catching them in the net seemed to force the jaw to snap back.

I would try to work the jaw back into place. If you can't you may want to try and find a koi vet. This is a common koi issue. the mouth can be corrected and sutured shut temporarily until it heals

though do look in his mouth first to make sure nothing is stuck
