I went to Petsmart and a friend working there said I should look at the blood parrot shipment that came in. There were two that were different, I picked up the better of them and brought it home Monday and took photos today after it settled in. The mouth does close fully, but it tends to leave it cracked open slightly, the forehead is a smooth slope, and the eyes are large. When I picked it up it had a small black spot on the forehead and tail but they have almost completely faded now. It has blue flecks in the fins, and is peach colored with pink, and more pink has come up this past week after it settled. Just trying to get some ideas what it may be, I was thinking poor quality KKP, but the blue in the fins threw me.
