I am going to get a 30 gallon reef tank for my bday and was wondering what good corals there are.
I know zoanthids are a good choice and i probably will get one. Also got my eyes on a torch coral

How do you anchor corals on a rock? Do you just glue them together? And do you have to fee corals?
I will get pretty strong lights.
Also here is the used deal i am probably gonna get-
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Marine-fish-tank-full-setup/123445238501
It comes with a protein skimmer although it looks pretty dirty.

Thnx for all the help.
I have decided that I will have a Kenya Tree Coral, a Torch Coral and some zoanthids in my 35 gallon.

Kenya tree spread like crazy, wouldn't recommend them. Euphyllia can all touch each other (hammer, torch, frogspawn) but will sting other corals. Zoas are awesome, there are 100s of kind and new ones every few months pop up. I have 15 different kinds of zoas.
The ones with the most potent sting are bubble coral, elegance, and galaxia to name a few, not a good idea for a small tank.

if you get a torch coral put it at a high point in the tank so it can't reach anything else, also my dad had Kenya trees and they took over, he'd cut off 10 of them a week and give them to a lfs. I'd say go for some starburst polyps, zoas, mushrooms (ricordias are real fun), possibly a cabbage or leather coral.
