I have this male Vieja; was sold as synspilum, from the yellow coloration early on I thought it was a bifasciatum. Fast forward 3 months and he has paired with my female synspilum, they have produced fry that were destroyed (hybrids). Currently around 5" TL.
From the banding pattern, I'm starting to think the male is a fenestratum.
Anyway, looking for opinions and photos that verify what this guy is...
