One of my cichlids isn't acting so well. It use to be the bully of the tank, but not it gets picked on, is losing color, hides all the time, and looks to be getting smaller....I haven't seen him eat too much either. Should i take him out and put him into my 10g alone or leave him and hope he makes it through whatever it is?

The other fish have grown up and caught up tho the bully. Now it's his turn.

What kind of fish are we talking about?
any of my cichlids would freak out in a 10 gallon tank. Probably not a good idea. (unless it is a hospital tank for meds)

Cant tell from pic if it is a bumblebee or a hybrid.

not a BB. when one of my ACs starts picking on the other fish i let it go until fins start missing or someone dies. alot of the time is an authority dispute. they will fight a little while ontill everyone knows who the boss is. my acei was bullying everyone in the 29 for about a week, the red zebra bit off his pectorial fin and everyone gets along now. if this particular fish continues to be a bully, remove it. i recently removed my wifes electric blue because it was bullying everyone in my 150 (which has always been a peaceful tank_

well hes not really getting picked on anymore because he never comes out, he always hides behind the lip of the filter.
