Opinions on aqueon 180g 6x2x2 seals

I purchased a used 180g tank and stand about 2 months ago on CL. The seller informed me he recently took it down and it held water just fine. I have had the tank in my garage 1/4 full with water since without issues however the inside silicone looks suspicious as there is some pealing noted (see pics). Outer seals seem just fine IMO. I have had the experience of a standard 210g (marineland) leaking on me where the seals looked perfect (I now have a new tile floor in my finished basement). So looking for input to keep it? or sell it? as I don’t want this to happen again. It will be replacing my 125g I have currently. Also, I will be reinforcing the aqueon pine stand it came with.

If you don't want to reseal it I say sell it.

Thanks for the feedback. As I’m not interested in resealing it I would just sell it instead. Just seeing if anyone would think the current seals/condition would be a safe to set up as is

Put it outside and fill 'er up. Let it set for a week or more to leak check it.
