Been looking for a seaweed food that came in pellets, not sheets...don't see much out there. Questioned ingredients in yellow. Some items I'm not familiar with like 'sucrose polyesters.' LOL sweet plastic?

Had a sample bag from some other food purchased...the pellets are TINY but the wafers are decent sized. Fish gobbled it down. Or would spirulina be a better option?

Seeing wheat in second makes me a little skeptical, usually the first three ingredients should be directly "Fish food" related eg: Fish meal, krill, shrimp and then any fillers. Otherwise doesn't look too bad

For herbivorous species of fish IMO there is no food better than NLS AlgaeMax.

No corn, no soy, and a much smaller inclusion rate of wheat than most commercial formulas. Add to that 9 different varieties of aquatic plant matter. I feed it to all of my fish, even the carnivorous species get some every few days.

How's the pricing? Would probably check it out on amazon, don't see it in nearby stores. Considered palatable to most fish?

I'm in Canada, so no point in comparing prices. I also buy in bulk, see below. lol
Amazon should have the various sizes etc. All of my fish eat it eagerly, from clown loaches to carpintis, and my adult female KKP. I feed the Large Fish formula to the smaller fish (but the larger eat those as well, approx. 3mm in size) and the larger cichlids, such as my 14" midas gets the Jumbo size, which is more of a wafer size formula. The KKP & carpintis will eat those as well.
