I was thinking if it is necessary to add either an air stone or a circulation pump in my 100 gallon tank..
Or is my current setup just fine?
Please give me your opinions, thanks in advance~

I don't think it's necessary but a powerhead and/or air stone won't do any harm.

Smart fish btw!

Necessary? Not really but I always like a little insurance....... never hurts.

Took a trip with the family a week ago and when we came home one of my garage tanks was half full because our house sitter left the refrigerator open and it tripped the gfi. Pump wasn't on, but the sponge filter which is on another circuit altogether was chugging along with no issues.

Fish were fine although a bit cramped lol.

all depends on what your return pump is pushing =P

based on the pictures it looks quite good but a power head never hurts, I normally will only add extra flow when crap collects on the base of the tank in large amounts.

Nice flowerhorn also!

I'm not sure on the amount of water that the pump is pushing out but I've yet to see any waste at the base of the tank.. & thanks for the compliment of the fish :)
