IF INTERESTED PLEASE READ EVERYTHING
I have a 300 gallon glass tank that I'm currently using and looking to sell or possibly trade. However, the tank will not be available until around the beginning of April. I'm moving in April and will be moving my Black Pacu's and other fish into a bigger tank. So for whoever is really interested this should give you more than enough time to put together the funds and figure out the logistics for moving this beast of a tank.
Tank Dimensions: 84" x 30" x 30"
glass is 0.75" or 3/4" thick
The only issue with this tank is that it's really heavy and the glass has some scratches so it's not perfect. But the tank is really solid, holds water with absolutely no leaks and has great dimensions.
My asking price is $400.00 for ONLY the tank
(no stand, no filtratrion, no lighting, no lids, no substrate, etc...). I feel this is a fair price. I will consider best offers and I will absolutely not hold this tank for anyone unless you put down a deposit.
The tank is currently sitting on a DIY stand setup which is made up of 8000 pounds test steel shelving, cinder-blocks and 2x 3/4" plywood. I plan on reusing the shelves and plywood so they're not included... Unless you really need the stand. Then it's $550.00 for the tank w/stand firm.
I will consider a trade for a 150 to 240 gallon acrylic tank. Preferably around 6-7 feet long and the wider the footprint the better. If it has a stand that's cool too. If necessary we can negotiate value I can even pay a little cash, especially if it's a plug and play set-up and light enough for 2 people to move.
To move my tank you definitely need 2 floor dolly's and 6 people. The tank empty must weigh around 800 pounds+. My brother and I can help you move the tank so you only need to bring 4 other strong peeps. If you're truly interested and wish to see the tank before it's empty, you're more than welcome to stop by and check it out in person (preferably over a weekend). I think I covered everything but if you have any questions please feel free to message me.
Pics were taken with camera phone and I just realized I probably should have closed my blinds to prevent all the background glare.
