Orange chromide questions

I'm setting up a 20 gallon riparium type tank and considering going brackish with it. First, is a 20 gallon enough room for a chromide or two? Also, how are they with tankmates (maybe some small gobies or something)?

Also, another question I thought of. I will keep the tank brackish, but I'm guessing all of the fish I will be getting will be in FW when I get them. What specific gravity should I aim for, and what amount of time should I take to convert the tank to BW?

I think the Chromides are happy between .002 and .010 SG. As far as raising the SG, you don't want to raise it more than .002 a week. If you try to raise it faster, you can kill off your beneficial bacteria.
