cool lil' Rays.. nice price too ! 
People, You better start getting used to appreciating some of the nicely patterned brown ray morphs out of Peru! Because the rare and black rays will start to become a figment of our imagination as time passes!! Not to mention you will go broke trying to purchase them after the export restrictions are set in place..

Thanks Miles. from what I am hearing , Peru has banned all ray exports! Do you have any further info?

The conference in S.A. could however make all FW rays, even from Peru, be CITES restricted and require export permits just like Tigrinus.. Should be interesting.
