Has anyone ordered from aquariumfish .net before?
I ordered 30x black ruby barb from them but my order didn't arrive yet. :rolleyes:
I contacted them via email and phone but no response yet...
I hope UPS didn't mess up LOL cause I don't want a DoA fish bag.
If they're delay the shipment because of the hot weather in my area then would be nice if they notify me about that, probably this vendor won't have another change to do business with me in future.
 
I've checked out their site in the past but haven't ordered from them. Hope they get there safe and let us know how it turns out.
 
I can tell u that usps has delivered for me a whole day later for overnight shipping. Seems to happen for me when expected to deliver on Saturday and dropped of late to them on Friday. Then it arrives Monday. Hope it gets to u safely yuki!
 
I'll update when I got response from them, I can't be home on Monday to accept the package if its arriving on Monday so the fish as good as dead on Monday arrival, I ordered Saturday delivery for a reason :)
Also, I don't think UPS gonna deliver my package on Sunday either and if they do then I doubt these barbs still alive in the bag after 48 hours (72 hours if arrive on Monday).

I recently ordered a 6-count of wakin goldfish from them. The package was promptly packed and shipped but, arrived a day late due to a delay by the carrier. But, the fish all arrived healthy and clean. I hope you have the same luck with your shipment.

I tried to contact them and I still haven't hear anything nor an email response from them about my order status yet.

I got a response from the staff, they said they don't have internet/email staff until today so they're sorry for the delay response. The reason they delay my shipment because they don't have enough ruby barbs in stock to full fill my order :( (Bad oversee stock management staff). Anyway, they will ship out all the ruby barbs they have in stock and refund for those missing one. I'll update once I got my order...hopefully, the package would arrive on time!

Sucks they had to throw your schedule out of whack and keep you in the dark about it. Still better than a missing package.

This is what I figured. I've heard of some shady vendors that advertise stuff they don't even have and would just order it when they made a sale........leaving the buyer just waiting and waiting :( I guess the reason for this is that they don't want the extra cost of housing/feeding all the inventories.

The suckiest part that these Ruby Barb not available in all LFS around my area, might be because these barb won't look good (due to the stresses in store) to customers as young age compare to other color barb species.
