Horrible customer service. That is the ONLY place I have ever truly hated after buying a fish. I hope he goes out of business. That's my opinion and I'm entitled to it.

edit/ And I'm going to keep telling every person I know about him until he rectifies his mistake and lack of responsibility for it.

wow, those sites are sick man, one sells monopterus swamp eels and another sells "zebra swamp eels" http://www.cichlidstation.com/servlet/the-585/Eel,-Zebra-Swamp-(live/Detail anyone know what that is? is that a rubber eel?
