Just posted as a laugh. Something like this has happened to me but, it was decades ago. It involved ordering feeder minnows from my supplier. My usual order for 5,000 somehow became 50,000. It was a scramble finding room for all the additions. Wound up with a lot of stacked corpses in the freezer.
