Is it possibly for a fish to have been hit in the side hard enough once to pop something inside the fish to make it get bloated im aware of bloat but my fish dident have any prob till it got hit hard one time large area of scales was missin in a couple spots dident die for a week and 2 days got bigger and was found on bottom getting beat in death?was this just bloat or could an organ explode

It could have been a ruptured intestine, I have seen a case of this happening to a human, a young man was stuck in the abdomen by a large tent pole that fell off a passing truck. It hit him end on and left a large bruise . During the night he developed a fever and abdominal swelling. He was found to have a couple very small tears in his his lower intestine, material seeping through these tears caused peritonitis almost killing him.After surgery and antibiotics he recovered. Bruising is just ruptured blood vessels so it can happen.
