Oscar Tummy
Ingredients: Organic sprouted whole grain wheat, spring water, Organic Sprouted whole grain (hereby listed as 'OSWG') sprouted barley, OSWG Millet, OSW Lentils, OSW soybeans, OSWG spelt, Organic honey (nutrition facts list 0g sugar, so it can't be much honey), Organic molasses, Organic malted barley, Fresh yeast, Celtic Sea salt.

Looking at it, it sure seems like acceptable fare for an occasional treat. Limitations would be the presence of a trace of sugar and yeast. But those would break down within a few hours and be gone, so unless introduced daily, shouldn't become a problem, right?

What are you feeding? I hope they are vegetarian or omnivore? I feed junk like this too my bluegills all the time. Cheese too. Just not in excess, as it can create a lot of oils in the tank.

Yeah, omnivores. Junk? I was hoping to avoid feeding 'junk' by using a high-quality bread. It's just our usual weekly loaf, but sometime there is some left over. I'd give a few crumbs to my guppy and mollies and maybe a small chunk to my Oscar. Not the angelfish, though.
Cheese? I knew about cheese for bettas, but not other fish. Makes sense, though. Occasional calcium and fat supplement. :)

By junk I really meant leftover's, but no cooked stuff. It's great to be able to make use of that last little bit of bread that the ends that no one wants to eat.
