From my understanding Orinos are the more aggressive of the cichlas but which ones are the worst as far as collection point and why?

I don't think collection point matters, orinos are orinos as far as aggression. I know alot of people say orinos are some of the most aggressive but out of the cichla I've kept I would have to say my current group of azuls are pretty aggressive. They pretty much attack anything, and its not a pecking order or lack of space thing.

Oh. LOL. I thought you meant which collection point is the worst as in looks. I totally agree with isde22. Orinos will be orinos no matter where they are collected.

I'm raising a group of 6 since there were tiny little babies WC Yucao Orinos, there always beating on each other, the largest fish is a real B*****D, and when its in the mood which is almost all the time, it tortures the other 5 fish.

The other 5-fish have there little fights also, in-fact one now has a healed but damaged eye :(

The largest of the group is so mean that I can NEVER run the tank lights EVER, if I turn on the lights he beats the other fish so bad so constant, that I swear he would eventually kill them all.

This is my first batch of bass, my only tank (90-gallon), 2 of the fish are about 3 inches, the other 3 are about 4 inches, and the last (bully fish) is almost 5 1/2 inches.

This is my first batch of any type of bass, and to be honest I'm losing interest in them, simply because of the aggression and the fact that I can NEVER run the tank lights.

I know that hes probably the prettiest of all your fishes, but why dont you just get rid of him?

The only problem I see is that maybe one of the others will take his place, but I dont know if it may happen.

Yeah I feel ya damion, I had 3 rio metas growing out and had to get rid of one due to him beating on the other two it sucks but they look so awesome, and the light thing all the cichla I've had get all excited with each other when the lights turn on kinda crazy. Maybe try and feed him less and more to the others till they catch up, GL...

I was thinking of getting rid of him like you said, but many people tell me that it will only be a matter of time before another fish will take his spot.
