still can't ID this fish well... working on it. but i was really hoping they were something other than an ocel.
too bad. got them for 6USD each, which is market for bred in China ocels. Was hoping the LFS got sent the wrong / mixed batch and didn't know it. I believe only ocels are bred and sold locally. So if it's anything else, bonus.
So is it an ocel? Or Mono?
do ocels or monos have a gold ring around the black spots on the main trunk? Can't be seen well in photos but they're there. the last spot on the tail doesn't have the gold border around black circle.
