I have a small proteus but no dwarf pikes. Seems like a interesting little pike.

i really like the coloration on it

I’ve looked at these. Similar care to other pikes, can be trained on pellets but prefers live. Stays nice and small, probably a 20g minimum. Main concern is that they like the pH very acidic, around 5.

i thought i liked archer fish the most but i like this cichlid even more

I agree they are a very nice fish. I was going to get a pair for my 36 but my water was too basic and I didn’t feel like messing up the water too much to try to drop the ph.
