orinoco problem

hi everyone, i need your help

i have 1 cichla orinoco wc about 8cm in 40G growing tank
and this morning i bought 2 monoculus 6-7cm, but when i insert them to the orinoco`s tank, the orinoco bully them so bad, till 1 died and 1 went to hospital tank ..

what should i do for reducing the orinoco`s aggresiveness?

Maybe put something in there that can kick his butt....

cichlids/cichla have alot of aggression..esp if in a tank for a short/long of period of time by themselfs..best advice to do is..rearrange the tank during a water change when adding new water ad the new fish..make sure you have hiding places for the fish..that does help alot..good luck..

I have 25cm Orinico, and 2 Mono for about 30cm, the orinoco is the last cichla in my tank, they're live peacefully..but when the first time Orino I put into the tank, his got bullied from mono..I let it go for a couple week...and now they were fiends ...basically Peacock bass is a communal fish not a teritorial..
