Ornate aggressive to one another

I bought several fish from a local. 2 of which are Ornates and are both 13" respectively. I bought 1 of them a day before the other. Just picked the rest up today. I've noticed immediately that the first ornate I bought has been nipping at the fins and biting the other. No other aggression besides that. Even to the smaller indos. They have been tank mates previously.

I was wondering if they'll stop anytime soon? First time bichir owner so I don't really know.

just fighting over territory or dominance. should cool down once everyone is settled in.

^ i agree, plus how big is you tank, given enough space, they will avoid avoid eachother....

mine is like that for a while. it just faded away with minor damage on the less dominant one

The tank is a 240 gallon.
