Would a 120 be to small to keep a delhezi and ornate Bichir? I love both and cant decide between the two. So if I could get both that would be awesome.

Should be fine.
I would try to get a baby Ornate, and a mid-full size del though as the Ornate will grow very big, very fast.
And my Ornate became an evil fish when it hit 10".
It is now boss of it's tank.

I had an ornate too that was a bit of a nipper when it got bigger. I don't keep them, but you should be alright they are real nice looking, but I prefer delhezi. 120 is plenty imo and both would do alright together..and like stated ornate will grow faster and larger, but they get along ok many members keep both.
I am gonna have some other fish like black ghost knife, angelfish, leapord cnetopoma (hes 6 inch), and then three featherfin synodontis. Hopeing these will be okay together I have never had a bichir before.
i've had problems with mixing synodontis with my bichirs. the syno sucks on my bichirs slime. might be an isolated case but try to observe.
