At the moment im feeding them hikari algae wafers and cichlid gold as well as guppies.... Will be trying freah market shrimp next week..
the ornate is definitely not as food orientated as the endli.. every time I feed the endli goes crazy where the ornate seems to take its time and not always eat.... having said that when I got the endli it was very skinny and in a tank with 4 larger and very fat albino sengals.. he is now a very healthy weight and grown.. when I got the ornate he was very plump already....
