Ornate Bichir tank size

Hi,

I have currently 3 ornate bichir in a 150x60x45 cm tank that i will move in a couple of month in a 300x70x70 tank.
THe bichirs are 20cm long at the moment.

My problem is that during those couple of month, the only tank i have to do the transition is a juwel rio 350 (120x49x55cm). Will it be ok for the fishes? Do i need to do something special for the decoration or can I let the tank bear?

How big are the bichirs currently?
 
Question, why would you be moving the bichirs from their tank they're in now to a smaller one (the rio) just to move them?
 
The tank the bichirs are in at the moment is part of a shelf with 5 other aquariums that i'm selling to get space before the new big tank arrive. the only tank i will have left during the transition is the Juwel Rio 350.

the shelf is sold as a package. All the tanks are made especially to fit in that shelf.
 
Well if it were me I'd tell the buyer to go suck an egg and give him the name of the place where I got the tank from but I'm assuming you don't want to do that so onto plan B.
How many months will it take?
Also this talk of a shelf with 5 tanks has got me interested, got a pic of it?
 
I'll soon have an answer based off of the information I'm gathering. A few minutes if you will.

Should be fine for the few months. Just increase the water change frequency and get them some pvc pipes to hide in.
