Ornate Bichir

hello, i just bought my 7" ornate bichir 4days ago, for about 500php or 12.5usd. I'm from the philippines anyway.So i was just worried that he's not eating, absolutely nothing, i gave him frozen shrimp, ignored.guppies, ignored. goldfish, ignored and superworms also ignored. im kinda worried since he hasn'teaten anything, he's in my community tank, with my 10" Spotted Gar and 8" Malaysian Golden Arowana.and also im new in keeping monsters fish. do i need to do something or different food?

Bichirs sometimes don't eat when their surroundings are changed. They can go a long time without food so don't worry. He should be eating again in a couple days just give him sometime to settle in.

Agreed I haven't seen my congicus eat anything sense I bought him off another mfk member going on 1 month now.

Blood worms soaked in garlic guard. The smell makes them curious when I first got one.
