ornate birchir tanks size

I probably already know the answer to this but would a 150 gal 72x18 be too small ? Tanks mates would be a pearsei, heterospilus, dehelzi birchir, and an l200 pleco.

I am planning on upgrading but dont like to by fish with the upgrade plan so if worse come to worse can it live its life in the 150 ?

Any suggestions on a birchir for a 150 orher than sengal ?

I'd say 150 should do a cb ornate fine for at least a long time. I have one in my 150...I wasn't planning on upgrading him lol. He's in there with a del, 2 sens, and a koliba.

should be fine in the 150 as long as it can turn around easily and eats well

oh mines just a youngin' about 5 inches or so at this point. my del is the biggest at around 13-14"ish...that's eyeballing him that is.

Cool you kind of answered my next question my del is a lil over 7 and the ornate from what im told is 3 to 5 inches
..think the del will make a snack out of him ? He ate 3 decent size molly's last week

my del was hooked on live when I got him, but he never once bothered any other tankmate. I have 2" clown loaches in with him now and he never once snacked on any of them.

Almost any cb bichir will fit in that size .... Not all..... But most depending how luck or unlucky u get with genetics lol

Forgot to ask.... how is their personality? Active ,outgoing ,or hiders ?
