Ornate help!!!!

My ornate looked like he was choking a couple days ago. Ever since, he has been very inactive. Normally he is very active and now he has been lying almost motionless for 2 days. He has moved to a different area of the tank maybe twice a day and lies there for hours. Is there anything I can do?

Relax. Polys tend to go through periods of being inactive.
Probably a coincidence u notice the "choking" episode before
this. Just as long as the ornate doesnt exhibit any signs of
distress, it should be fine.
